The D-12™ Dyneema® 12 Strand rope serves as a superior alternative to wire rope in industrial and utility settings. Resistant to oil and typical chemicals, this high-strength rope offers easy splicing, exceptional abrasion resistance, minimal stretch, low flex fatigue, and almost zero creep. Dyneema fibers are stronger than steel by weight, and the rope is further protected with a durable urethane coating. Its strength remains consistent when wet or dry, making it ideal for mooring, towing, winching, yachting, and commercial fishing. With a specific gravity of 0.98, the rope floats and performs well at low temperatures, melting at 300°F with strength lost at 150°F.
